North Carolina High School Basketball - Oak Grove routs Wheatmore

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Oak Grove Grizzlies (Winston-Salem, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Wheatmore Warriors (Trinity, NC), by a count of 61-38.

The Grizzlies (8-2) will now prepare for their outing against Asheboro (Asheboro, NC). The Blue Comets go into the outing with a 9-4 record. In their last outing, Asheboro smashed Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC), 45-33, in a non-league outing.

The Warriors now hold a 7-6 record. They play next when they host Southwestern Randolph for a non-league outing on Friday, January 6. Wheatmore will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 59-44 non-league loss to Eastern Randolph (Ramseur, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 8-7.
