California High School Soccer - Arcadia nudges Hoover

Arcadia Apaches (Arcadia, CA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Hoover Tornados (Glendale, CA), 2-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Apaches face the Pasadena Bulldogs (Pasadena, CA) in a Pacific challenge, on Thursday, January 5. Arcadia will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 3-1 league loss to Burbank (Burbank, CA).
The Tornados now have a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Panorama for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 4. Hoover will face a Pythons team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Cleveland (Reseda, CA). The Pythons record now stands at 5-3.
