In Wednesday's league match, the visiting Banks County Leopards basketball team scored a decisive 87-62 triumph over the East Jackson Eagles.
In their next game, the Leopards face the Fellowship Christian Paladins (Roswell, GA) in a AA Region 8 match, on Friday, January 5. Banks County will attempt to move on its 9-6 season record. The Paladins enter the match with a 6-7 record after their 60-52 non-league win over Mount Paran Christian (Kennesaw, GA).
With the defeat, East Jackson moves to 7-6 on the year. The Eagles travel to Providence Christian Academy (Lilburn, GA) to face the Storm in a AA Region 8 match on Friday, January 5. The Storm enter the match with a record of 9-6. Providence Christian Academy lost 64-60 in their recent league match against Union County (Blairsville, GA)
