North Carolina High School Basketball - Bunn can't hold off Beddingfield

The Beddingfield Bruins basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Bunn Wildcats to 56 in the Bruins non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Bruins now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greene Central for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 10.

The Wildcats (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Franklinton (Franklinton, NC). The Rams enter the 2A/3A Big East contest with a 5-7 record. In their last contest, Franklinton nudged Franklin Academy (Wake Forest, NC), 70-53, in a non-league contest.
