The Tyrone Golden Eagles basketball team (Tyrone, PA), dropped 46-35 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Central Dragons (Martinsburg, PA)

The Dragons now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop McCort for a Laurel Highlands battle on Friday, January 5. Central will battle a Crushers team coming off a 64-46 league win over Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA). The Crushers record now stands at 5-5.

The Golden Eagles (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Huntingdon (Huntingdon, PA). The Bearcats come into the Laurel Highlands battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Huntingdon dropped by Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA), 64-53, in a league battle.
