The Delbarton Green Wave (Morristown, NJ) basketball nipped the host Randolph Rams (Randolph, NJ), 56-53 in Wednesday's league test.
The Green Wave (8-1) will now prepare for their test against Sparta (Sparta, NJ). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Sparta was tipped by Morristown (Morristown, NJ), 48-46, in a non-league test.
The Rams now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to West Morris Central for a Northwest Jersey - American test on Friday, January 5. Randolph will encounter a Wolfpack squad coming off a 50-40 league loss to West Morris Mendham (Mendham, NJ). The Wolfpack record now stands at 3-6.
