North Carolina High School Basketball - East Forsyth knocked off by Mount Tabor

The Mount Tabor Spartans basketball team scored 63 points and held the host East Forsyth Eagles to 53 in the Spartans league triumph on Wednesday.
The Spartans now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Davie for a 4A Central Piedmont contest on Friday, January 5. Mount Tabor will battle a War Eagles team coming off a 67-61 league win over Reagan (Pfafftown, NC). The War Eagles record now stands at 12-0.
The Eagles (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Parkland (Winston-Salem, NC). The Mustangs enter the 4A Central Piedmont contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Parkland was defeated by R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC), 59-54, in a league contest.
