The Etowah Eagles routed the visiting Rome Wolves basketball team by a final score of 89-51 in Wednesday's league game.
In their next game, the Eagles face the River Ridge Knights (Woodstock, GA) in a AAAAAA Region 6 game, on Friday, January 5. Etowah will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record. The Knights enter the game with a 8-7 record after their 67-54 non-league loss to Cherokee (Canton, GA).
