The Hayworth Christian Knights (High Point, NC) basketball nipped the visiting Reynolds-Miller Academy Lions (Greensboro, NC), 50-47 in Wednesday's league test.

The Knights (6-6) will now prepare for their test against Stateline College Prep (Winston-Salem, NC). The Purple Eagles go into the NCISAA Freelance test with a 13-2 record. In their last test, Stateline College Prep was tipped by American Hebrew Academy (Greensboro, NC), 81-54, in a league test.

The Lions now own a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Elite Prep Academy for a NCISAA Freelance test on Friday, January 5. Reynolds-Miller Academy will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 57-55 league win over Lighthouse Christian Academy (Reidsville, NC). The Lions record now stands at 11-3.
