The Notasulga Blue Devils (Notasulga, AL) basketball felled the host Holtville Bulldogs (Deatsville, AL), 43-34 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Blue Devils (3-8) will now prepare for their test against Billingsley (Billingsley, AL). The Bears go into the 1A Area 7 test with a 3-8 record. In their last test, Billingsley went down by West Blocton (West Blocton, AL), 66-28, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Wetumpka for a non-league test on Thursday, January 4.
