With the victory, La Serna upgrades its record to 10-10 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Santa Fe (Santa Fe Springs, CA) to play the Chiefs in a Del Rio challenge on Friday, January 5. The Chiefs come into the challenge with a record of 2-17. Santa Fe lost 61-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Downey (Downey, CA)

Next up, the Cardinals play the California Condors (Whittier, CA) in a Del Rio challenge, on Friday, January 5. Whittier will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Condors come into the challenge with a 11-7 record after their 72-51 league win over El Rancho (Pico Rivera, CA).
