The Rutland Raiders (Rutland, VT) basketball knocked off the host Mount Anthony Patriots (Bennington, VT), 66-47 in Wednesday's league test.
The Raiders (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Burr & Burton (Manchester, VT). The Bulldogs go into the Southern Vermont - A test with a 3-4 record.
The Patriots now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Pittsfield for a non-league test on Friday, January 5. Mount Anthony will encounter a Generals squad coming off a 69-59 non-league win over Commerce (Springfield, MA). The Generals record now stands at 5-3.
