In their next game, the Vikings face the Murtaugh Red Devils (Murtaugh, ID) in a 1A I Snake River game, on Thursday, January 11. Valley will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Red Devils come into the battle with a 4-5 record after their 65-43 non-league loss to Liberty Charter (Nampa, ID).

The Trojans (0-8) will now prepare for their battle against Castleford (Castleford, ID). The Wolves come into the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Castleford dropped by Rockland (Rockland, ID), 58-25, in a non-league battle.
