The Timothy Christian basketball team scored 78 points and held the visiting Spotswood Chargers to 70 in the league triumph on Wednesday.
The now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to The Pingry School for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 6. Timothy Christian will meet a Big Blue team coming off a 63-55 non-league win over Somerville (Somerville, NJ). The Big Blue record now stands at 5-1.
The Chargers (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Wardlaw Hartridge (Edison, NJ). The Rams enter the Greater Middlesex - Blue contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, Wardlaw Hartridge was outscored by Metuchen (Metuchen, NJ), 64-25, in a league contest.
