The Artesia Pioneers (Lakewood, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Glenn Eagles (Norwalk, CA), 53-32 in Wednesday's league test.

The Pioneers (8-6) will now prepare for their test against Cerritos (Cerritos, CA). The Dons go into the 605 test with a 9-8 record. In their last test, Cerritos walloped Oxford Academy (Cypress, CA), 65-40, in a league test.

The Eagles now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they travel to Whitney for a 605 test on Friday, January 5. Glenn will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 58-45 league win over Pioneer (Whittier, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-5.
