Texas High School Basketball - Westfield tipped by Benjamin Davis

The Benjamin Davis Falcons basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Westfield Mustangs to 45 in the Falcons league triumph on Wednesday.
The Falcons now sport a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eisenhower for a 6A Region II District 14 contest on Saturday, January 6. Benjamin Davis will meet a Eagles team coming off a 70-34 league loss to Spring (Spring, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 3-16.
The Mustangs (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Spring (Spring, TX). The Lions enter the 6A Region II District 14 contest with a 18-6 record. In their last contest, Spring nudged Eisenhower (Houston, TX), 70-34, in a league contest.
