With the victory, Morrice upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Orioles host Atherton (Burton, MI) to play the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Friday, January 5. The Wolverines come into the bout with a record of 2-4. Atherton lost 54-29 in their recent non-league bout against Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy (Saginaw, MI)

Next up, the Eagles play the Swartz Creek Dragons (Swartz Creek, MI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 4. Byron will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Dragons come into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 64-38 non-league loss to Berkley (Berkley, MI).
