Central A & M Raiders (Moweaqua, IL) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Sangamon Valley/Tri-City Storm (Niantic, IL), 47-4 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Central A & M upgrades its record to 17-1 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Cerro Gordo/Bement (Cerro Gordo, IL) to play the Broncos in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 4. The Broncos come into the bout with a record of 11-3. Cerro Gordo/Bement won 52-34 in their recent non-league bout against Warrensburg-Latham (Warrensburg, IL)

Next up, the Storm play the South Fork Ponies (Kincaid, IL) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Sangamon Valley/Tri-City will attempt to upgrade on its 0-14 season record.
