South Carolina High School Basketball - North Central overwhelmed by Cheraw

The North Central Knights basketball team (Kershaw, SC), was overwhelmed 62-19 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Cheraw Braves (Cheraw, SC)

The Braves now possess a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central for a AA Region 5 battle on Friday, January 5. Cheraw will confront a Eagles team coming off a 49-38 league loss to Chesterfield (Chesterfield, SC). The Eagles record now stands at 2-11.

The Knights (0-8) will now prepare for their battle against Lewisville (Richburg, SC). The Lions come into the non-league battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, Lewisville was overwhelmed by Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC), 60-15, in a non-league battle.
