Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Cristo Rey Philadelphia can't hold off New Foundations

The New Foundations basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the visiting Cristo Rey Philadelphia Blue Pride to 37 in the league victory on Wednesday.
The now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Friends Select for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5. New Foundations will battle a team coming off a 30-19 non-league loss to King's Christian (Cherry Hill, NJ). The record now stands at 0-1.
The Blue Pride (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Girard College (Philadelphia, PA). The Cavaliers come into the Freelance contest with a 0-8 record. In their last contest, Girard College was nudged by Cristo Rey Philadelphia (Philadelphia, PA), 43-8, in a league contest.
