New York High School Basketball - Franklin Central thwarts Sharon Springs Central

The Franklin Central Purple Devils (Franklin, NY) basketball knocked off the visiting Sharon Springs Central Spartans (Sharon Springs, NY), 56-36 in Wednesday's league test.

The Purple Devils (4-3) will now prepare for their test against Charlotte Valley (Davenport, NY). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.

The Spartans now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Middleburgh for a non-league test on Monday, January 8.
