The Mount St. Mary Academy Belles basketball team (Little Rock, AR), was overwhelmed 69-43 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Vilonia Eagles (Vilonia, AR)
The Eagles now possess a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Little Rock Christian Academy for a 5A Central battle on Friday, January 5. Vilonia will confront a Warriors team coming off a 46-43 league loss to Beebe (Beebe, AR). The Warriors record now stands at 8-8.
The Belles (4-11) will now prepare for their battle against ESTEM (Little Rock, AR). The Mets come into the 5A Central battle with a 1-17 record. In their last battle, ESTEM was overwhelmed by Maumelle (Maumelle, AR), 66-34, in a league battle.
