The Titans now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Caldwell for a non-league battle on Friday, January 5. McDowell will confront a Spartans team coming off a 40-39 non-league loss to West Caldwell (Lenoir, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 4-5.
The Rams (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against North Buncombe (Weaverville, NC). The Black Hawks come into the non-league battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, North Buncombe beat A.C. Reynolds (Asheville, NC), 53-48, in a league battle.
