The St. Patrick-St. Vincent Bruins (Vallejo, CA) basketball crushed the host Pinole Valley Spartans (Pinole, CA), 67-45 in Wednesday's league test.

The Bruins (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Saint Mary's (Albany, CA). The Panthers go into the test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, Saint Mary's was trounced by Albany (Albany, CA), 57-55, in a non-league test.

The Spartans now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Salesian College Preparatory for a test on Friday, January 5. Pinole Valley will encounter a Pride squad coming off a 66-61 non-league loss to Redwood (Larkspur, CA). The Pride record now stands at 2-2.
