In Friday's league test, the host Bathgate Bulldogs basketball squad scored a nice 79-68 win over the Morrisania Lions.

Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Hostos Lincoln Academy Eagles (Bronx, NY) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 7. Bathgate will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 3-5 record after their 77-53 league loss to South Bronx Prep (Bronx, NY).

The Lions (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Smith (Bronx, NY). The Warriors come into the non-league test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, Smith was knocked off by KIPP NYC College Prep (New York, NY), 78-64, in a league test.
