In Friday's league contest, the host Columbus Academy Vikings basketball team scored a big 66-42 triumph over the Buckeye Valley Barons.
The Vikings (8-0) will now prepare for their contest against Briggs (Columbus, OH). The Bruins go into the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Briggs smashed Eastmoor Academy (Columbus, OH), 58-53, in a league contest.
