Texas High School Basketball - Junction routs Center Point

In Friday's league contest, the host Junction Eagles basketball team scored a big 67-12 triumph over the Center Point Pirates.

The Eagles (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against San Saba (San Saba, TX). The Armadillos go into the 2A Region IV District 29 contest with a 6-8 record. In their last contest, San Saba smashed Center Point (Center Point, TX), 47-24, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Pirates confront the Harper Longhorns (Harper, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 29 contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Center Point will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Longhorns go into the contest with a 10-12 record after their 51-39 league win over Johnson City (Johnson City, TX).
