In Friday's league test, the Cranberry Area Berries (Seneca, PA) basketball squad trounced the host North Clarion Wolves (Tionesta, PA), by a score of 78-45.

Next, the Berries encounter the Keystone Panthers (Knox, PA) in a Keystone Shortway test, on Wednesday, January 8. Cranberry Area will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record.

The Wolves (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Redbank Valley (New Bethlehem, PA). The Bulldogs come into the Keystone Shortway test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Redbank Valley was routed by Punxsutawney (Punxsutawney, PA), 46-40, in a non-league test.
