New York High School Basketball - Panama routs Gowanda

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Panama Panthers basketball team scored a big 91-46 triumph over the Gowanda Panthers.
The Panthers (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Clymer Central (Clymer, NY). The Pirates go into the Section 6 Chautauqua/Cattaraugus - II West contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Clymer Central smashed Sherman (Sherman, NY), 40-31, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Cassadaga Valley Cougars (Sinclairville, NY) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 6. Gowanda will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 0-4 record after their 56-29 non-league loss to Pine Valley Central (South Dayton, NY).
