In Friday's non-league test, the Handley Judges (Winchester, VA) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Lightridge Bolts (Aldie, VA), by a score of 56-40.
Next, the Judges clash with the James Wood Colonels (Winchester, VA) in a Northwestern test, on Tuesday, January 7. Handley will attempt to improve on its 9-0 season record. The Colonels come into the test with a 5-4 record after their 49-34 non-league win over Southern Fulton (Warfordsburg, PA).
The Bolts (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Loudoun Valley (Purcellville, VA). The Vikings come into the non-league test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Loudoun Valley went down by Spring-Ford (Royersford, PA), 61-51, in a non-league test.
