Texas High School Basketball - Lake Highlands routs Nimitz

In Friday's league contest, the host Lake Highlands Wildcats basketball team scored a big 76-48 win over the Nimitz Vikings.
The Wildcats (17-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Richardson (Richardson, TX). The Eagles come into the 6A Region I District 7 challenge with a 17-6 record. In their last challenge, Richardson was routed by Dallas Jesuit (Dallas, TX), 68-55, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Vikings encounter the Pearce Mustangs (Richardson, TX) in a 6A Region I District 7 challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Nimitz will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record.
