The Nyssa Bulldogs nipped the visiting Willamette Valley Christian Warriors basketball squad by a final score of 44-42 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Bulldogs clash with the Riverside Pirates (Boardman, OR) in a 3A Eastern Oregon outing, on Saturday, January 11. Nyssa will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record.

The Warriors (3-7) will now prepare for their outing against Livingstone Adventist Academy (Salem, OR). The enter the 1A Casco outing with a 1-0 record.
