The crowd at Friday's league test between the Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) and the host West Stanly Colts (Oakboro, NC), observed Parkwood's basketball squad achieve victory over West Stanly by a score of 55-47.
Next, the Wolf Pack clash with the Anson Bearcats (Wadesboro, NC) in a 2A/3A Rocky River test, on Tuesday, January 7. Parkwood will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record. The Bearcats come into the test with a 9-4 record after their 91-41 league win over Central Academy (Monroe, NC).
The Colts (6-8) will now prepare for their test against Monroe (Monroe, NC). The Redhawks come into the 2A/3A Rocky River test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Monroe beat Piedmont (Monroe, NC), 46-19, in a league test.
