In Friday's league contest, the host Rushford-Peterson Trojans basketball team scored a big 93-42 triumph over the Wabasha-Kellogg Falcons.
The Trojans (10-1) will now prepare for their contest against Plainview-Elgin-Millville (Elgin, MN). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 4-8 record. In their last contest, Plainview-Elgin-Millville was trounced by Triton (Dodge Center, MN), 64-40, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Falcons confront the La Crescent Lancers (La Crescent, MN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Wabasha-Kellogg will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record.
