California High School Basketball - South Hills overwhelms Covina

The South Hills Huskies basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Covina Colts to 28 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Friday.
The Huskies now have a 5-12 record. They play next when they travel to Alta Loma for a game on Wednesday, January 8. South Hills will confront a Braves team coming off a 63-26 non-league win over Redlands East Valley (Redlands, CA). The Braves record now stands at 12-5.
With the loss, Covina falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Colts travel to West Covina (West Covina, CA) to confront the Bulldogs in a game on Thursday, January 9. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 7-5.
