The Roosevelt Rough Riders (Kent, OH) basketball were winner over the visiting Cuyahoga Falls Black Tigers (Cuyahoga Falls, OH), 50-42 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Rough Riders now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Highland for a bout on Tuesday, January 14. Roosevelt will play a Hornets team coming off a 61-28 league win over Tallmadge (Tallmadge, OH). The Hornets record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Cuyahoga Falls falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Black tigers host Revere (Richfield, OH) to play the Minutemen in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Minutemen go into the bout with a record of 6-0. Revere won 57-56 in their recent non-league bout against Aurora (Aurora, OH)
