The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the IMG Academy Ascenders (Bradenton, FL) and the visiting Academy of Central Florida National Golden Bulls (Kissimmee, FL), observed IMG Academy's basketball team overwhelm Academy of Central Florida National by a score of 60-26.
The Ascenders (10-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Palm Bay (Melbourne, FL). The Pirates come into the non-league challenge with a 9-6 record. In their last challenge, Palm Bay was routed by Long Island Lutheran (Brookville, NY), 73-61, in a non-league challenge.
