The Boerne Greyhounds (Boerne, TX) basketball toppled the host New Braunfels Unicorns (New Braunfels, TX), 37-29 in Friday's league bout.

The Greyhounds now possess a 14-10 record. They play next when they travel to Wagner for a 5A Region IV District 26 outing on Tuesday, January 7. Boerne will face a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 79-21 league win over Alamo Heights (San Antonio, TX). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 21-3.
