Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Mt. Lebanon can't hold off Canon-McMillan

Canon-McMillan Big Macs (Canonsburg, PA) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Mt. Lebanon Blue Devils (Pittsburgh, PA), 54-51 in a league match.

With the victory, Canon-McMillan advances its record to 6-5 on the year. The Big Macs travel to Hempfield Area (Greensburg, PA) to face the Spartans in a non-league match on Monday, January 6. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 7-2. Hempfield Area won 69-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Connellsville (Connellsville, PA)

In their next game, the Blue Devils encounter the Norwin Knights (North Huntingdon, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 6. Mt. Lebanon will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 63-53 non-league loss to Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA).
