The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Central Hinds Academy Cougars (Raymond, MS) and the visiting Tri-County Academy Rebels (Flora, MS), observed Central Hinds Academy's basketball team overwhelm Tri-County Academy by a score of 62-18.
The Cougars (15-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Adams County Christian (Natchez, MS). The Rebels come into the non-league challenge with a 2-9 record. In their last challenge, Adams County Christian trounced Central School (Grand Cane, LA), 45-26, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Rebels battle the Central Hinds Academy Cougars (Raymond, MS) in a MAIS 4A District 4 challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Tri-County Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record.
