In Friday's league contest, the visiting Charlton County Indians basketball team scored a good 74-58 triumph over the Turner County Titans.
The Indians (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Yulee (Yulee, FL). The Hornets go into the non-league contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Yulee topped Clay (Green Cove Springs, FL), 46-26, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Titans battle the Fitzgerald Purple Hurricane (Fitzgerald, GA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 4. Turner County will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Purple Hurricane go into the contest with a 1-6 record after their 45-41 league loss to Brantley County (Nahunta, GA).
