In Friday's league challenge, the visiting Rudyard Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 50-33 win over the Engadine Eagles.

The Bulldogs (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Mid Peninsula (Rock, MI). The Wolverines come into the non-league challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, Mid Peninsula dropped by Nah Tah Wahsh (Wilson, MI), 34-31, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Manistique Emeralds (Manistique, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 6. Engadine will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Emeralds come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 44-37 non-league loss to Newberry (Newberry, MI).
