The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Glascock County Panthers (Gibson, GA) and the visiting Georgia Military College Bulldogs (Milledgeville, GA), observed Glascock County's basketball team knock off Georgia Military College by a score of 47-30.

The Panthers (6-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Johnson County (Wrightsville, GA). The Trojans come into the A D2 Region 5 challenge with a 7-2 record.

In their next game, the Bulldogs encounter the Lake Oconee Academy Titans (Greensboro, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 4. Georgia Military College will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 56-19 non-league win over Elite Scholars Academy (Jonesboro, GA).
