North Carolina High School Basketball - Northwood crushes Graham

January 3, 2025: Pittsboro, NC 27312

The Northwood Chargers (Pittsboro, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Graham Red Devils (Graham, NC), 60-16 in Friday's league bout.

The Chargers now possess a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Cummings for a 1A/2A Mid-Carolina bout on Tuesday, January 7. Northwood will play a Cavaliers team coming off a 62-16 league loss to Chatham Central (Bear Creek, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 2-5.

With the loss, Graham falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The Red devils host North Moore (Robbins, NC) to play the Mustangs in a 1A/2A Mid-Carolina bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 1-5. North Moore lost 55-9 in their recent league bout against Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC)
