Louisiana High School Basketball - South Beauregard overwhelms Hathaway

The South Beauregard Knights basketball team scored 57 points and limited the host Hathaway Hornets to 23 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.
The Knights now possess a 12-8 record. They play next when they travel to Oak Hill for a non-league game on Saturday, January 4. South Beauregard will confront a Rams team coming off a 67-51 non-league loss to Oberlin (Oberlin, LA). The Rams record now stands at 18-6.
With the loss, Hathaway falls to 13-14 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Opelousas (Opelousas, LA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Monday, January 6. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 5-9. Opelousas lost 49-41 in their recent non-league game against Rayne (Rayne, LA)
