North Carolina High School Basketball - Northeast Guilford routs High Point Central

January 3, 2025: McLeansville, NC 27301

In Friday's league contest, the host Northeast Guilford Rams basketball team scored a big 58-30 win over the High Point Central Bison.

The Rams (3-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Dudley (Greensboro, NC). The Panthers come into the 3A Mid-State challenge with a 5-6 record. In their last challenge, Dudley was routed by Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC), 77-55, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Bison encounter the Rockingham County Cougars (Wentworth, NC) in a 3A Mid-State challenge, on Thursday, January 9. High Point Central will attempt to improve on its 0-11 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 12-1 record after their 59-24 non-league win over Reidsville (Reidsville, NC).
