The Hoxie Indians basketball team scored 71 points and limited the host Osborne Bulldogs to 43 in the Indians non-league triumph on Friday.

The Indians now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Colby for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. Hoxie will play a Eagles team coming off a 46-38 league win over Cimarron (Cimarron, KS). The Eagles record now stands at 6-0.

With the loss, Osborne falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Thunder Ridge (Kensington, KS) to play the Longhorns in a Northern Plains game on Tuesday, January 7. The Longhorns go into the game with a record of 3-3. Thunder Ridge lost 45-14 in their recent non-league game against Northern Valley (Almena, KS)
