In Friday's league contest, the visiting Southeast Lauderdale Tigers basketball team scored a big 54-17 triumph over the Noxubee County Tigers.
The Tigers (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Enterprise (Enterprise, MS). The Bulldogs go into the 3A Region 5 contest with a 10-7 record. In their last contest, Enterprise smashed Sylva Bay Academy (Bay Springs, MS), 34-22, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers confront the Louisville Wildcats (Louisville, MS) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 4. Noxubee County will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record. The Wildcats go into the contest with a 9-3 record after their 61-36 non-league win over Lamar (Meridian, MS).
