Next, the Dragons encounter the Coosa Eagles (Rome, GA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, January 4. Pepperell will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 5-8 record after their 51-41 non-league loss to Franklin (Franklin, NC).

The Bulldogs (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Model (Rome, GA). The Blue Devils come into the non-league test with a 10-3 record. In their last test, Model was routed by McEachern (Powder Springs, GA), 51-40, in a non-league test.
