The Sibley East Wolverines basketball squad (Arlington, MN), was crushed 60-39 in Friday's league battle with the host St. Clair Cyclones (St. Clair, MN)
With the victory, St. Clair advances its record to 4-6 on the year. The Cyclones travel to Belle Plaine (Belle Plaine, MN) to meet the Tigers in a AA Section 2 battle on Saturday, January 4. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 5-3.
The Wolverines now own a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Loyola for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 7. Sibley East will meet a Crusaders squad coming off a 65-60 non-league win over St. Clair (St. Clair, MN). The Crusaders record now stands at 5-4.
